TOKYO, JAPAN – June 23, 2025 – TAKUWA Corporation (head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Shinji Okuda) will participate as an exhibitor at the TICAD Business Expo & Conference, a theme-based event of the Ninth Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD9) organized by the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO).
TICAD is an international conference focused on African development led by the Japanese government and co-hosted by the United Nations (UN), the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the African Union Commission (AUC), and the World Bank. The event venue will be divided into four zones: Japan Fair, Africa Lounge, Event Stage, and Thematic Exhibitions. TAKUWA will be exhibiting at Japan Fair.
A record number of 196 Japanese companies and organizations (including 107 small and medium-sized enterprises) are set to participate at Japan Fair, making it the largest ever Africa-related event organized by JETRO.
TAKUWA will be showing off four products: Quartz Type Water Level Gauge (RS-485) for measuring water levels; Signal Converter for connecting to quartz, pressure, and microwave type water level sensors; Laser Scanning Type Water Level Gauge for noncontact measurement of water levels: and Color Staff Gauge for visually indicating water levels.
